I need help getting in contact with a customer in China. From our past correspondence I get the feeling they are dealers of some sort. They ordered and paid for 2 expensive knives about $7000. Payment was made through a bank transfer months ago and I shipped the knives through a shipping agent in Hong Kong. One of the knives was damaged in transit and was returned to me for a replacement. I finished the replacement a couple of months ago but have not been able to get back in touch with the customer again. Since my only shipping information is through a third party I don’t feel comfortable just sending the knife there without an authorization from the buyer. I tried to e-mail them many times with no response and I sent a Global Express Mail letter to the shipping agent also with no reply. Last night I had a phone message from an Asian lady that was very hard to understand but I think it was from this customer from China asking about the knife. She left a partial phone number but the message was very hard to understand.

The e-mails come in from either BING or A J.
