Hello people, Barbara and I spent a couple of days at the Seelbach back in April. What a beautiful and classy hotel. There is a lot to do in the downtown area.
You should arrive early Thursday before the Gala and spend a few hours at these two museums. The Frazer arms museum http://www.fraziermuseum.org/ 829 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky. (502) 753-5663. You will also see over 20 years of the work of legendary knifemaker Lloyd Hale.
If you enjoy baseball, be sure and visit the Louisville Slugger Museum and factory http://www.sluggermuseum.org/ 800 West Main Street 502-588-7228.
See you there,
A.T.
