Thanks. I was honored that Blade gave me the writing assignement but it was Blade who had already chosen Gayle for the feature. That is quite a compliment when you consider that they get swamped with knifemaker profiles each month.

Although I have met him before, I interviewed Gayle by telephone for the article and I must say that he is fine gentleman as well as an outstanding knifemaker.
