Custom Knife Wanted

Hello there. My name is Scott Maison and I'm looking for a custom knife with a bit of personalization. I'm very open as to how it's accomplished (whether it's a knife forged from scratch or a completed knife with inscription), but I'm looking for a functional hunting knife with a fixed drop point blade (perhaps about 4-5 inches long?) that will be used primarily for cleaning deer and elk - often - it must be a functional hunting knife - it will be used.

As far as "personalization," I would like to have the text "Hunter, Healer" and perhaps "Oakland Green" or a line drawn illustration inscribed either on the blade or handle. If inscriptions are not in the picture, I would like to try to provide the blade or handle material. I live on a farm and we have several 100-200 year old pieces of metal (old foot long or longer gate hinges) but I believe most of it is iron which I don't know whether that's usable as a blade. I could also hunt down handle material with a bit of direction from the maker.

This is a gift for someone who bought me my first rifle and would like to be able to have some sort of level of personalization to make the knife unique. My budget is $350 for the knife or 425$ for knife and sheath (which would be preferred) plus shipping charges - the budget is also a bit flexible.

I welcome suggestions. A portfolio of peices would be required. P.S. I'm in Northern Virginia
