Looking for some info

Hello.
This is my first time to this forum and I am hoping someone can help me. I have a knife that was left to me by my father, who was a custom-knife collector, that I can not find any information on. The mark on the blade states "R.D. Miller Custom Knives". This is written in a circle with a symbol that looks like, to me, a drawn bow and arrow (the arrow pointing up) in the center.
Any information would be appreciated.
